Buying Your Zionsville Home

The Right LOCATION

When you’re buying a home, the first thing you should do is choose a location. It's the most important factor when buying real estate.

The Right PRICE

I am watching the Zionsville market daily. I am here to offer advice and guidance so you know exactly when, where, and what to offer.

The Right HOUSE

I don’t want you to like your new home, I want you to LOVE It! What's on your list? 5 bedrooms? Finished basement? Close to trails?

When you’re buying a home, the first thing you should do is choose a location.

It's the most important factor when buying real estate. Location matters, even the location inside the neighborhood will have a large impact on your home's value.

Finding the perfect location for you is what I do best! Whether you are looking in a specific neighborhood, want your kids to go to a particular elementary school or just want a home where you can raise chickens, I will make it happen!

Zionsville offers a vast variety of great locations that offer access to walking & biking trails, easy access to the interstates or walking distance to shops and restaurants. Zionsville Community Schools are top rated in the state and country year after year, so you can’t go wrong in any of our school districts.

Local Market Knowledge

I am watching the Zionsville market daily.

The market fluctuates all the time due to changes in inventory, interest rates and local development. Whether it’s a seller's market, a buyer's market or maybe the house was just priced too high, I’m here to offer advice and guidance.

I negotiate the best possible prices for my clients based on market trends and comparable sales data. I offer an honest opinion for what may be the biggest investment of your life!

What can you afford vs what fits your budget isn’t always the same. It is important to find a trusted lender that will give you accurate information about monthly payments that work for your budget.

I don’t want you to like your new home, I want you to LOVE It!

What is on your ‘must have list?’ 5 bedrooms? Finished basement? A low maintenance ranch home? There is always a little bit of compromise when buying a new home, but overall I’m here to check as many of your must have boxes as possible.

Having a clear idea of what you want (and what your deal breakers are) can make this process infinitely easier. If you are shopping with a spouse, significant other, or partner, have this discussion long before you step foot into a new house.

Prior to buying, it’s good to at least consider where life will take you in the next few years. For instance, do you want a dog in the future? Then having a yard may be important. Thinking of going freelance or starting a small business? Then you may want some space for a home office or workspace. Plan on having kids anytime soon? It might be easier to save a little more for your down payment and get that extra bedroom now instead of racing to upgrade your home before your baby comes.
