Meet Your Zionsville REALTOR®, Stacy Snively
Hi! I am Stacy Snively and I LIVE, WORK, AND PLAY here in Zionsville, IN.
This is home for me and my family. Zionsville is not where I am from originally, which is Wabash, IN, but this is where I call home.
I have lived in Zionsville since 2007. I have watched this community change and grow and develop into the town it is today!
As with most people, my career now isn’t exactly what I envisioned way back when at Purdue. When I was graduating at the top of my class from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University in 2000, I could have never foreseen myself as a real estate agent in Zionsville. But life has a way of surprising us and I’m loving this reality! I interned at Allison Transmission and worked for Eli Lilly & Co. I met my husband Scott in Chicago and worked for a commercial development company in Naperville. We started a family and made our way back to Indiana.
With both of us being from small towns, it seemed to provide the best of both worlds!
Zionsville has a small town feel with the convenience and amenities of a big city.
We settled in the Coventry Ridge neighborhood, grew our family and never looked back!
I know buying a house is one of the largest and most significant decisions a family can make.
My JOB is to help sellers and buyers navigate through the real estate process. What I DO is make sure my clients receive the best possible service every step of the way:
I communicate regularly with next steps and helpful tips. I provide bottom line financial information
I give advice on staging and home preparation
I market the home using print advertising, social media, website and personal contacts in the community
I recommend local contractors
I provide neighborhood information regarding price points, amenities, lot sizes, age of homes and more
I provide information on school districts, sports, parks and trails.

Katy Messner, REALTOR®
Katy began her real estate career in Florida and obtained her Indiana real estate license in 2018. She worked independently until joining the Stacy Snively Homes team in 2023.
Originally from South Florida, Katy graduated from Indian River State College in 2008. She met her husband Ryan in Florida and they lived there until 2009 when her husband's company, Corteva AgriSciences relocated them to Zionsville from 2009-2012. When it was time to relocate back to Indiana in 2018, there was no question where they were returning to. Since returning to Zionsville, Katy and Ryan along with their two boys, Parker and Andrew proudly call our vibrant community a forever home.
